Product Explanation
Vero cells (African green monkey kidney derived cells) have been used to produce a variety of vaccines and have made significant contributions to hygiene and healthcare fields. This medium was developed for serum-free culture of Vero cells. It can also be used to culture MDCK cells and BHK -21 cells (Syrian hamster kidney derived cells).
Product Features
This medium contains a low-molecular-weight animal-derived decomposed protein, but does not contain serum, making virus purification relatively easy.
